Refund Policy for Sanvedan Online Learning Course

At Sanvedan, we are committed to providing a positive and enriching learning experience for our participants. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy outlined below to understand the terms and conditions governing refunds for Sanvedan Online Learning Courses.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests will be considered if the program is canceled from our end, in the case of LIVE Courses. 

  • To be eligible for a refund, participants must have completed at least 20% of the course.

2. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@sanvedan.com within the stipulated refund eligibility period.

  • Clearly state your reason for requesting a refund and provide any relevant details to support your request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days with the outcome of your refund request.

3. Refund Criteria:

  • Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:

    • Technical issues preventing access to the course material despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.

    • Dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery, subject to a detailed explanation of the concerns.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Any downloadable materials or resources provided with the course.

    • Services are explicitly stated as non-refundable during the course enrollment process.

5. Processing Fees:

  • A processing fee of [15%] may be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs associated with the refund process.

6. Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not feasible, an alternative method may be agreed upon.

7. Course Cancellations:

  • Sanvedan reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund within two months.
